I recently built a quarter wave ground plane antenna, so that I could get back on the 4m (70MHz) band. I have made a page showing some images and construction details of this antenna which can be seen here.

Hi John, Many thanks for this 70Mhz vertical design/construction.
I have just returned to Amateur Radio after a long break and have just bought an Anytone 70MHz rig. I have a mobile antenna-mount on my car, but needed something for the QTH. Construction will begin soon after Christmas (as soon as I can get away with my absence 🙂
